Click & Collect
At Vaughan Shoes we understand that our customers are not always available to meet a courier, we also understand that sometimes the person purchasing is not always the receiver.
Click and Collect takes the hassle out of shopping online, with live stock levels, and secure payment it has never been easier to shop local!
How Do I Use Click and Collect?
STEP 1 - At the Delivery Details section of the checkout, choose the option for ‘I'll Collect My Order’. You’ll see a list of available collection locations for you entire order. Choose which ever location you’d prefer to collect from.
STEP 2 - Once your payment is made you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email. Our team in store will pick your products from our store and ensure your order is ready to go. You will receive a second email typically within 24 hours* of placing your order advisinjg you that your order is ready for collection.
STEP 3 - Collect your order in store. Please ensure you bring a copy of your 'Ready for Pickup' email as well as a valid form of Photographic ID(passport / Student Card / Driver’s Licence etc.).
How Much Does It Cost?
The Click and Collect service at Vaughan Shoes is a completely free service, all you pay is the price of your order.
Click and Collect is only available with full payment online at this time. If you would like to place an order for in store payment, please contact us directly.
When Can I Collect My Order?
We aim to have any order ready for collection within 24 hours of when they are placed. Please note this is subject to change and depending on availability, especially during busy periods (Mid Season Sale, Black Friday, Christmas Week etc.). Please do not call in to collect until you have received the 2nd ‘Ready for Collection’ email. Items may have to be sent to store from our warehouse which can lead to a slight delay in your order being ready for collection.
I Did Not Receive My Order Confirmation/Ready For Collection Email?
Order confirmation emails can take up to 30 minutes to arrive. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't have it by then. Ready for pick up emails are typically sent within 48 hours* of your order being placed. If you haven't got your email after these times, please give us a call or email and our team will be happy to look into it for you.
Is There A Collection Deadline?
We are happy to hold any Click and Collect order for up to 10 working days. If an order has not been collected in this time frame, a member of our customer service team will contact you directly to inform you that your order has been released and your payment refunded. If you place an order and know you will be delayed for collection please ensure you contact us as soon as possible.
