At Vaughan Shoes we want all of our customers to have the best shopping experience possible. We want things to be as easy as possible for you, from checkout to returns. We pride ourselves on making sure our customers are happy.

If you have any issue before, during or after you order with us please let us know and we will do our absolute best to solve it for you!

Our dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Service Team are ready to help you with your query. Based in our Castlebar warehouse, Leigh-Ann is our Head of Customer Service and she will be happy to assist you with your order!

Before you contact us please have your VS Number ready (this is your Order Number and starts with VS followed by a series of numbers e.g VS12345).

Our phone lines are open from 10:00am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

After these hours your call may be directed to a store, but please be advised a member of staff may not be available during these times. 

PLEASE NOTE:  During busy periods (Sale, Black Friday, Christmas Week) our phone lines can be quite busy - we advise logging your query with our online chat feature on our site and we will respond as soon as we can.

Please include your VS Number and the nature of your query. We respond to email messages in the order that they are received, and we will respond to your email as quickly as possible. 

PLEASE NOTE:  During busy periods (Sale, Black Friday, Christmas Week) our email inbox can become quite busy - we will deal with each query in the order that they come in as quickly as we can.
